Product Features
The line converts aluminium or galvanised strip from the coil into “Top Rail” and “Bottom Rail” forms by multi-station roll forming. A special roll arrangement forms painted or anodised material without scratching it; an integrated straightening unit ensures profile straightness.
Reference application: the rail sheet on which the rollers of upright refrigerator sliding doors run. In this application the roll forming line tripled capacity compared with production on a press brake (Enerji Makina catalogue).
