Within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), İsmail Ay Enerji Makina İç ve Dış Ticaret (“Enerji Makina”), in its capacity as data controller, wishes to inform you about your personal data processed through the rollformingmakina.com website.

- To respond to your quote and information requests and to contact you,
- To carry out pre-sales processes relating to our products and services,
- To ensure the security of the website and to measure and improve its performance,
- To fulfil our legal obligations.
4. Legal Grounds and Method of Collection
Your personal data are collected electronically through the forms and cookies on the website. The data are processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 on the legal grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (quotation processes), the legal obligation of the data controller and its legitimate interest; and, with regard to non-essential analytics cookies, on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Transfer
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers (Hostinger), website analytics service providers (Google, Microsoft Clarity) and, upon request, to authorised public authorities. Where the servers of these providers are located abroad, the transfer is made in accordance with the conditions set out in KVKK Art. 9.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data are retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period they are erased, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed; to request information if they have been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom they are transferred; to request rectification if they are incomplete or inaccurate; to request their erasure or destruction within the framework of KVKK Art. 7; to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data were transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage you suffer due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests in writing to the address above or via info@rollformingmakina.com. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
