The Cable Tray Roll Forming Line is a fully automatic roll forming line that produces perforated and trunking-type cable trays that carry power and data cables in plants and buildings. It feeds hot-dip or Sendzimir galvanised coil, punches the ventilation/mounting hole pattern with the press unit and forms the tray’s side flanges and body through the roll forming stations.

PLC control and servo cut-to-length produce the same section and hole pattern consistently over long runs. With its modular design, adaptable to different tray widths and heights, it is suitable for series production.
