The Trapezoidal Sheet Roll Forming Line is a fully automatic roll forming line that produces high load-bearing trapezoidal (trapezoidal-ribbed) sheets for roof and wall cladding, continuously and at high speed. It forms galvanised and pre-painted coil to the required rib height and profile pitch.

PLC control, a servo-driven flying shear and a precision roll tooling set deliver millimetre-level consistency and low scrap over long production runs. Quick profile changeover, automatic length and quantity programming and a rigid frame make it suitable for series production. The operator-friendly touchscreen makes it easy to manage the line’s dimension, quantity and cutting settings.
