Door and Window Profiles
The PVC Window U-Reinforcement Production Line produces, non-stop from coil, the U-shaped steel reinforcements inserted into PVC window and door profiles. It consists of a decoiler, a roll forming machine, a Turk’s head, a flying shear and a stacking unit.
Product Features
The coil is unwound on the decoiler and monitored by a sensor in front of the roll former. The strip passes through the entry group into the roll forming machine; the formed profile is guided by the Turk’s head into the flying shear. The flying shear cuts to the length set by the roll forming machine, and the cut parts are arranged in the stacking unit according to the packing quantity. The roll forming machine has 2 roll tooling sets, and the entry group can be adjusted left and right for the two profiles.
