From your profile to delivery in 5 steps

  1. Requirements and profile analysisWe review your profile drawing or sample, your material and your capacity target together.
  2. Line designWe plan the number of stations, the roll tooling sets and the in-line press, cutting and automation units.
  3. Manufacturing and assemblyThe machine frame and roll tooling sets are manufactured and assembled in our workshop in Nazilli.
  4. Trial production and deliveryWe test the line with your material and ship it after checking the profile dimensions.
  5. Installation, training and serviceAfter commissioning and operator training, we provide a 3-year warranty and service support.
