Construction and Infrastructure Profiles
The Grating M-Profile Roll Forming Line is a compact roll forming line that produces, from coil, the M profile used to make drainage channel gratings. It consists of a mechanical decoiler, a roll forming machine, a Turk’s head and a flying shear.

Product Features
The strip from the mechanical decoiler is fed into the roll forming machine under sensor control and enters the machine straight through the entry group. The formed profile is straightened by the Turk’s head and reaches the flying shear; parts are cut to length by the flying shear, which returns to its start position after each cut. The M profiles produced are cut into pieces and welded onto a frame to form the channel grating.
Line Components
- Mechanical decoiler
