Door and Window Profiles
The Steel Door Frame Profile Roll Forming Line produces the frame profile used in steel door manufacturing from pre-cut sheet blanks by cold roll forming. It consists of vacuum feeding, a 13-station roll forming machine and an adjustable Turk’s head.

Product Features
The line forms individual sheet blanks fed by hand. The single roll forming body with centre-mounted rolls has side and inner rolls, so the internal bends of the frame profile are formed in a controlled way. A twin-motor gear drive and an entry group with left and right guides ensure the sheet enters the line straight. A Turk’s head with 2 lower and 2 upper adjustable rolls straightens the profile.
